How To Use The Cards

Each suit represents a different travel function/activity; and the pictures on each card are generally related.

Commonly used pictures appear on several cards so that you can find them faster. Most pictures are obvious; there are some exceptions. We leave these up to you.

The picture cards cover the professions and include: doctors, dentists, police, pharmacists, mechanics and hairdressers.

The Jokers have miscellaneous but essential items such as chocolate, candles, keys and towels.

Health & Legal

This card can be used in an accident or emergency situation when you might need police or hospital services.

Other Heart cards include: doctors, dental emergencies, pharmacists and common travel ailments such as diarrhoea and nausea.

Money, Shopping & Tourism

This card might be used in a tourist booking office as it covers a number of recreational activities.

Other Diamond cards include: shopping related items, banking, personal hygiene items, nightclubs and bars.

Accommodation, Food & Drinks

This card could be used in a cafe, bar or restaurant. It has a range of drink options.

Other Club cards include: food items including common allergies, tourist information, accommodation and laundry facilities.

Transport, Utilities & Services

This card is for use at train or bus stations; with pictures for tickets, platforms, timetables, buses, underground rail, route maps, taxi and one way/return.

Other Spade cards include: communications, baby items, toilets, cameras and batteries.
